19.01.12 - First Gong Cha

Daddy bought Mummy her first Gong Cha after Mummy is tested positive till now. Somehow it doesn't taste as yummy now...

15.01.12 - Mittens Booties No More!

Today, baby has graduated from "mittens and booties"!! Yeah!!

Later Mommy learnt from other Mommies that we should still be wearing socks for baby at night in case cold. Ops!

14.01.12 - Mummy is Spoilt!

Daddy is still brewing red dates tea for mummy after confinement lady left and plan to do it till 40days of confinement. Daddy will patiently pick out the longan flesh for mummy out from the slow cooker with other herbs as mummy loves the longan flesh!

13.01.12 - Love This Sight

Today we went to TMC for hearing test on baby's left side which he failed. Daddy and Mommy waited anxiously for baby and yeah baby is out and has passed his hearing test! Mucks!! There were headphone marks on baby's ear. Well done my boy!

While sleeping, Mommy accidentally hit baby as we were sleeping on the same bed. Mommy is still not used to it! Sorry baby!! Ops! I... won't do it again!

Daddy simply enjoys sleeping together with baby :)

12.01.12 - Check check

Today is our first day without confinement auntie. Mummy got to do afternoon feed and this is how Mummy check whether baby is sleeping after each feed. So far so great!

09.01.12 - Mark of my Birth

Went to PD today for review which supposed to be on 11th but Mommy can't wait to see doc on baby's skin. Mommy is really sad to confirm that baby's eye has a tear like birthmark which only appears 2-3 weeks after birth. Mommy is hating herself for not paying enough attention to baby to know when it EXACTLY appear! Mommy is devastated and went online to search for all possibilities to remove or lighten it. Mommy tried to put some Pigeon Olive oil and the reflection on the oil does seems to make the mark looks lighter. Mommy is lying to herself... she knows...

PD saw baby doing stretching (struggling) which Mommy has been thinking baby is doing exercise which is good! Who knows, PD mentioned that is actually colic! She said that maybe baby is good natured so he is having colic but didn't not scream and cry instead he just struggle and calm down on his own. Mommy is feeling so so guilty having baby to solve the problem all by himself whereas Mommy is still blaming him for not sleeping after feed and keep struggling!

At 11pm after feed, Mommy put baby back to cot and about to swaddle him. Baby gave mummy a sweet lovely smile. Love my darling to bits!

06.01.11 - Full Month Card

Mummy submitted a photo (Thanks to auntie Jessie) to Sweetest Moments for baby's full month card but was advised by Sweetest Moments that the photo is not suitable for the design Mummy chosen so Mummy got to choose a different design for it. So Mummy just (almost anyhow) choose one of the design recommended by the staff. After a while Mummy received the final product but Mummy doesn't like it and request to try with a different design... To have a different design Mummy got to pay $10 for it... Zzzz...

Later Mummy called them up to check with them on the original design Mummy wants and why the photo can't fit. They explain they need a landscape photo instead of portrait. So Mummy quickly edit the portrait photo to make it landscape and send it over. It is ok for the original design now but still have to pay $10. Mummy managed to reason out and got it waived. Wahahaha... Happy with the original design Mummy first chose.
